Who's Lyin

help I need legal advice. I just found out that my attorney in the divorce lied to me!!!!! And I am still legally liable for an equity loan that I signed with my husband. He told me that was ok and that all I would have to do would be to show the court order showing that he is responsible. But Wachovia says no!!! That married or not, it is still a binding contract, and that I am still liable. I asked him about getting it out of my name before the divorce was final and he told me not to worry that the court order would take care of it. Thanks, Hazel

So, who's lying? The bank or the attorney? Or, are both?

Enjoy.
